Are you Full of Love? ❤
Honestly, it is a difficult question for me to answer because I know that I would fail. On my own, I couldn't love nor forgive those who hurt me because of my sinfulness. "And I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. I want to do what is right, but I can't." Romans 7:18 Good news is, there is a way for me to be redeemed from this wretched state. Jesus chose to die for sinful man. He chose to die for me. Yes, for you and for me. He also chose to die for those who betrayed Him and I couldn't think of a better example of Perfect Love than what Jesus showed us. Full of Grace, Full of Mercy. Full of Promise. Full of Love! I marveled on how gentle and humble Jesus responded to the harsh treatment He received. He didn't deserve it. He didn't sin and yet became sin on our behalf. After they spat on His face, mocked and tortured Him; Jesus loved them still and chose to die for them. He provided healing with His Stripes & washed them with His Blood. He did it out of obedience and LOVE! With tears, I wrote a song. Grateful for my Jesus, who is Full of Love! Yes, Jesus is FULL OF LOVE.
